All these detail are important. Incomplete detail will not be entertained.

Feel free to share with me any other details as well.

* Do inform me if you have any sensitivity/allergy/special request.

* At least 1 Month booking in advance is required before the event date took place. It is better when you already know the confirmation of date, time & place.

* Last minute booking is subject to availability.

* All bookings are confirmed upon receipient of deposit minimum RM300 or 30% of all rates quoted whichever is higher. Verbal/Non verbal bookings are not considered confirm.

* Deposits will be forfeited if there is an occasion of cancellation/ changes of date as liquidated damages.

* All transportation/accommodation cost will be borne by the customer.

Please Note:
*Reservation on the requested date/time is on 1st come 1st served basis.

*Whoever pay the deposit first will be counted if happens more than one client requested the same date/time.

*Accepting the services from “The Magical Touch of IAN SHAM” means the client agrees to let their photos taken by “The Magical Touch of IAN SHAM” to be published by “The Magical Touch of IAN SHAM” for the promotional use.

* The Security Deposit shall not in any event be treated as payment towards the reserved Date(s).
*** In the event that the ”paying guest” shall unlawfully terminate the date (s) of “Booking” with a notice given to The Magical Touch of IAN SHAM, without prejudice to any others conferred under this Term and without prejudice to The Magical Touch of IAN SHAM right to claim, the Security Deposit shall be forfeited by The Magical Touch of IAN SHAM as liquidated damages.

***All balance of the “Grand Total” should be settled 3 days before the event to avoid any inconveniences.
